Female rail worker ‘assaulted’ after man ‘urinated’ at station


The woman was assaulted after she and her male colleague challenged a man who had reportedly urinated at the end of platforms nine and ten of Stratford Regional Railway Station, British Transport Police (BTP) said.

This incident took place on Sunday (November 12) at around 11pm.

After challenging him, the man followed the railway staff into the office and the woman was assaulted, BTP added.

The suspect is described as white, of medium build, around 5ft 8″ and thought to be in his 40s.

The suspect was also accompanied by a woman, described by police as Asian.
