ANANTARA THE PALM DUBAI RESORT LAUNCHES NEW “KIDS’ SPICE SPOONS” CULINARY CLASSES



Welcoming guests to Thai-inspired luxury on the sands of the iconic manmade island, Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort is brimming with family adventures. The luxury resort unveils a selection of stimulating culinary workshops aimed at younger guests, offering kids an immersive experience in cooking and creativity. 

Two new workshops have been introduced to cater for children between the ages of five and 12. Expert guidance is provided by the chefs of Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort, fostering young imaginations, and demonstrating methods and recipes.

The Culinary Kids’ Workshop nurtures budding chefs over a two-hour period. It covers the basics of chopping, mixing, and learning easy cooking techniques. Children learn to prepare four dishes, which may include fruit popsicles, breakfast bonanza pancakes or veggie quesadillas. From washing and chopping fruit to mixing batter and using molds, children will prepare simple yet sensational tasting dishes. Up to 20 children may attend this workshop, which costs AED 199 per child.

Focusing on themes such as pizza, cupcakes or healthy snacks, the Junior Gourmet Workshop will inspire children’s creativity as well as teaching them lifelong skills. While making dishes such as breakfast wraps, spinach and ricotta ravioli and chocolate chip cookies, kids will learn how to make pasta dough and mix cookie dough, as well as layering and creating dishes that are tasty and pleasing. These engaging sessions last two and a half hours and have a maximum capacity of 20 children. This workshop is available for AED 299 per person.
